Pastor William Krawczyk was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, the oldest of five children. Pastor Bill graduated from Burlington Bible Institute (BBI) in 1983 and is continuing his education at Faith Baptist Theological Seminary remotely. He was ordained in 1985 by the Fellowship Bible Church in North Andover, MA.
Pastor Bill and his wife, Nancy, have been happily married since 1971 and have been blessed with three children and three grandchildren. In 1973, after hearing the gospel, Nancy placed her trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. One year later, Pastor Krawczyk also trusted Christ as his Savior.
After salvation, the Krawczyks served at the Fellowship Bible Church where Pastor Krawczyk taught several classes and served as an Elder while working as a machinist. Recognizing the call of the Lord to the ministry, Pastor Krawczyk attended BBI. Since graduation, Pastor Krawczyk has laid the groundwork for Faith Bible Church in Grafton, MA, served as interim pastor at Wayside Bible Baptist Church in Livermore, ME, pastored the Cornerstone Church of Warwick, RI for 16 years, and now serves as pastor of The Church of the Open Bible (since 2002). |

Vice Chairman
Charlie Burrows was the oldest of six children and grew up in a Catholic home in Dorchester, MA. Interest in future things and the Occult drew Charlie to begin searching. Through this searching, God opened his eyes to Biblical prophecy and used it to bring him to Christ.
Charlie graduated from Wentworth Institute and is a draftsman and 3D modeler for Simpson, Gumpertz, and Heger. At COB, he has served as the chairman of the trustees, taught primary and adult Sunday School, and served on the AV Committee. He has been an elder since 2003.
Charlie enjoys working on cars, sailing (since that's how he met his wife), and camping. He has been married to Nancy for 27 wonderful years and has five children. |

Secretary
Rick Callahan grew up at COB. Only his mother was saved and she faithfully brought him to church. At the age of 14, Rick accepted Christ as his Savior at a church youth retreat.
Rick served in the US Army after high school and returned to work at Ariston Engraving Co. in Woburn, MA. He has been there for 36 years now and oversees operations.
For many years, Rick has served in the Circle B ministry, Fishers of Men, Sunday School Superintendent, trustee, OBA Day School Committee chairman, and Bible teacher.
Rick's wife, Marcia, works as the church secretary. She and Rick have been married for 35 years and have four grown children and three grandchildren. |
Tom Lulsdorf was born in Montreal, Canada, but moved to this area when he was very young. His parents were both saved and faithfully brought him to church. At five, Tom accepted Christ as his Savior through the ministry of Sunday School at COB.
Tom graduated high school from the Open Bible Academy and continued his education at Burlington Bible Institute. Tom also has a BSEE from Northeastern University and an MSEE from Tufts University. He works as a Sr. Principal Engineer at Raytheon and designs Phased Array Radars.
Tom has served for many years in Circle B, adult Sunday School, trustee, and Corporation Secretary and Treasurer.
Tom is married to his wife Cindy and has 3 teenage children who attend the Open Bible Academy. He enjoys golf, boating, fishing, and geocaching with his family. |

Bruce Steele has spent his entire life at COB. He was brought up in a family who faithfully served at the church and he was saved at a young age through the ministry of his parents and the church.
Bruce attended the Franklin Institute in Boston and is a master plumber. He operates his own plumbing and heating business in the local area.
Bruce has always been active in youth ministries. He lead the Circle B ministry, taught Junior Church and Sunday School and has been the Sunday School Superintendent.
Bruce enjoys spending time in Maine hunting and riding ATVs. He has been married to his best friend, Loretta, for 27 years and has four boys and two daughters-in-law. |
Through the providence of God, Michael Tammaro was adopted when he was three months old by a Bible-believing family. They began attending COB when he was five, and at the age of seven Michael accepted Christ as his personal Savior.
Michael graduated from Open Bible Academy before earning a Business degree from Salem State College. He now works as a Vice President for the Beal Companies in Boston where he has worked since 1994. He is involved in the sale, leasing, and evaluation of commercial and residential properties in and around Boston.
For many years, Michael has served in music ministries, Circle B, and teaching Sunday School. He has been an elder since 2007.
Michael met his wife, Rachel, at COB and they've been married since 1996 and have four young children. Michael loves spending time with his wife and playing sports with his kids. He's also a big Boston sports fan. |
